Appointments are all ten minutes long.
Appointments
can be booked by telephoning 020 8650 6612. A small number of urgent
appointments are kept each morning. Please phone at 8.30am on the
day if you need an urgent appointment. Internet access is
available for routine appointment booking up to three weeks ahead.
Please ask at reception for details of how to register for this
service.
WEEKEND
AND NIGHT COVER
Out-of-hours cover is provided by
Emdoc, which is based at the Princess Royal University Hospital.
Their telephone number is given on our surgery answerphone. After
phoning them, you will be contacted by a doctor who will assess
your problem and either offer advice, invite you to a base appointment,
or arrange a home visit if necessary. Emdoc is now being run by
the PCT, but otherwise continues in its previous format.
DISABLED
ACCESS
Disabled access is via the main entrance in Manor Road, where a mobile ramp can be placed at the front door. Please let the surgery know in advance if you need the ramp.
