Repeat prescriptions must be requested in writing from the surgery and require two full working days' notice. Please use the printed computerised request slip whenever possible.

Prescriptions may be collected in person from reception, posted (if an SAE is enclosed) or forwarded to a local pharmacy by prior arrangement. Electronic prescribing is also available (see below). Please ask at reception for details of how to register.
