These can be arranged with any of the doctors, who will telephone you at the appointed time. They can be used to discuss any concerns that do not necessarily need a visit to the surgery.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments can be booked by telephoning 020 8650 6612. A small number of urgent appointments are held in reserve each morning. Please phone at 8.30am on the day if you need an urgent appointment.

Internet access is available for routine appointment booking up to three weeks ahead. Please ask at reception for details of how to register for this service.

OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?

If you are too ill to attend the surgery, and wish to request a home visit, please telephone the surgery before 10.30am. You may be advised that a doctor will telephone you to discuss your request. Visits after this time will only be carried out for emergencies and at the doctor's discretion.
